Case 2
Complex full mouth rehabilitation case with significant aesthetic challenges. This Patient refused orthodontics as part of his treatment option.
Big challenge in this case was to achieve harmony and symmetry with out orthodontics as an option. Right central implant was removed, site grafted and new implant placed post healing. Combination of root coverage CT grafting (for the max cuspids) and aesthetic crown lengthening to harmonize the asymmetric maxillary anterior teeth as much as possible. Lower two implant supported, 4 unit bridge with single tooth restoration for cuspids and premolars. Occlusal plane management followed by equilibration to achieve equal bilateral simultaneous contacts.
