Case 1

Maxillary arch rehabilitation of a patient with significant occlusal load. In this case we chose layered zirconia restorations with no cutback. DSD “natural restorations” copied from nature allow us to deliver on aesthetics with out compromising strength.

We presented this patient with a “mock up” try in during the treatment plan presentation appointment. This is a powerful tool for patients to be able to visual the final outcome and accept the ideal treatment. We were able to deliver the proposed outcome in the final restorations.
